Jon from The Chef’s Cupboard sent this one in just in time for those end of supper cook-outs.

Ingredients
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ pound ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons The Chef's Cupboard, LLC. # 1 Meat Rub
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients into bowl and separate into 4 or 5 patties.
  2. Fry or grill to minimum 145 degrees internal temperature.
  3. Serve with favorite condiments and a tasty roll.
