Jon from The Chef’s Cupboard sent this one in just in time for those end of supper cook-outs.

- ½ pound ground beef
- ½ pound ground pork
- 1 egg
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons The Chef's Cupboard, LLC. # 1 Meat Rub
- Mix all ingredients into bowl and separate into 4 or 5 patties.
- Fry or grill to minimum 145 degrees internal temperature.
- Serve with favorite condiments and a tasty roll.
